Venue Location
The tournament will be held at Congregation Netivot Shalom, at 1316 University Avenue in Berkeley, CA. The North Berkeley BART station is only about ten minutes' walk away; this may allow you to broaden your search for lodgings, since the site can be readily reached without need for a car. BART maps, schedules, and other information can be found here.
Arriving by Air
Both the San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) airports are served by the BART system and by the usual taxi and rideshare services.

We recommend checking online for a comprehensive list of local events and attractions, but a few we wished to highlight are:
The Oakland Ballers (an independent baseball team that formed after the departure of the Oakland A's) have home games at Raimondi Park on both Friday, June 20th, and Saturday, June 21st. Tickets are as low as $12, and the atmosphere is joyful, community-oriented, and family-friendly.
The Bay's brand-new WNBA team, the Golden State Valkyries, have home games at Chase Center on Thursday, June 19th, and Sunday, June 22nd (though you would likely arrive late to the Sunday game, since tipoff will be shortly after Westwords ends).
The escape rooms at Palace Games in San Francisco are exceptional -- a must for puzzle-lovers. Reservations should be made in advance (we recommend booking early).
Food halls worth checking out: Swan's Market in Old Oakland, Prescott Market in west Oakland, and the Public Market in Emeryville.
